Early in the summer we got a visit from Hyundai Robotics, where we got training in the 2 newest collaborative cobots YL005
and YL012 and the latest small handling robot, HH4.

We got a thorough and exciting training, and we feel ready to give our integrators the best support.

The smallest variant of the YL-series (YL005) has a load capacity of 5 kg and a max reach of 916mm. If we look at the YL012 it has more than double up of the load capacity with a payload of 12 kg and a max reach of 1305mm. The unique design with the fluid form makes it possible to maneuver in narrow spaces which also means that it has a minimum of interference, and it assures a high degree of workers safety.

The YL-series can work alongside and close to workers – it really is a friendly colleague.
YL005 and YL012 are suitable for palletizing and packaging, pick & Place, machine loading, air blowing, assembly, polishing & deburring, gluing & sealants, injection molding and chamfering assistance, inspection tasks, welding and service.

The small handling robot, HH4 has a payload of 4 kg and a max reach of 581mm. The HH4 is the smallest size robot of the Hyundai Robotics, and it can be used for simple work and precision work. Since it can be mounted on the floor and upside down in the ceiling, it can be used in many ways – e.g., for handling, sealing and light assembly tasks.
